We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days. Rates: calculated at checkout. Standard from $15, Express from $20. Free express shipping on orders over $150. 

Delivery estimates: Parcel Post 2 to 6 business days, Express Post 1 to 3 business days, depending on destination (Australia Post estimates, not guarantees). Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Damaged in transit: every bottle is packed to travel; if yours arrives damaged, email hello@oroevoo.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement, or a refund if that batch has sold out.

Returns

Each ORO bottle comes from a single, finite, numbered harvest. Because it's a consumable food product drawn from one pressing, we don't accept change-of-mind returns or refunds, on opened or unopened bottles. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a bottle is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy. Email hello@oroevoo.com with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right, a replacement bottle where stock allows, or a refund if that batch has sold out.
