3,000 bottles, each with a number

Ciao,

Every bottle of Batch 01 is numbered by hand. Three thousand of them, no more, and no two alike.

We number them because this oil comes from a single farm, a single harvest, one region of Italy, and that exact combination will never exist again. Batch 01 is not a product line. It is a record of November 2025 in the Maremma, bottled. When it is gone it will not be remade, and the next batch will come from its own harvest and its own place.

The number on the bottle says one simple thing: this one is yours, out of a finite thing. Somewhere in the three thousand is the number that will sit on your table, get passed around at dinner, and slowly empty out over the spring.

Batch 01 opens soon, and the first day belongs to the list. After that, the numbers start finding their owners.
